Bigboyjeep.com maintains a warehouse inventory of many items, but availability of any item may change at any time and is subject to change without notice, although we endeavor to inform you of availability via the website. We will ship all products as soon as possible. Shipping is carried out on a weekly basis.

WARRANTIES
Bigboyjeep.com provides a 30-day warranty to final consumers on all products we sell All warrantis cover product quality and craftsmanship only and do not cover abuse, neglect, and damages caused by any person or incident. Damage incurred during shipping that is the fault of USPS or other shipping/freight companies is not covered by the warranty, but Bigboyjeep.com, will support reasonable claims against said companies.

CRAFTSMANSHIIP
Because each of our items is hand-crafted, no two are identical. Morevoer, due to differences in monitors, video cards, and visual perception Bigboyjeep.com cannot guarantee any colors. And because each item is hand crafted no two items will be completely identical.

Because Bigboyjeep.com, use a special formulated shipping procedure we avoid many of the problems our competitors suffer from. However, in some cases moisture release over time may cause small splits or cracks in the base. In most cases these are merely cosmetic and thus are not considered manufacturing defects. If the split extends into the resonating chamber and affects sound, this may be covered by warranty.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Bigboyjeep.com uses trusted sources of delivery to get our products to you. Please contact us if you have any questions about our shipping policy.

FREIGHT SERVICES
Bigboyjeep.com uses USPS for the majority of domestic and Canadian shipment. We may at our discretion use other shippers as well (including FedEx, DHL, the USPS, and other freight forwarders).

FREIGHT CHARGES
You will be charged the exact amount shown in your shopping cart. For some orders (including orders that exceed a certain weight) you may need to place your order via phone in order for us to custom quote your shipping charges. All of our shipping prices are actual shipping costs plus a small percentage of the total order price to cover materials. Occassionally a larger order will require a custom price quote that cannot be calculated through the shopping cart; in these cases we may phone you to authorize additional shipping charges.

DAMAGE AND SHIPPING ERRORS
Your total shipping costs will be exactly those shown on the shopping cart web page. If we ship the wrong item to you, contact us so we can send you a return shipping slip, and we'll make sure you get the right product. Bigboyjeep.com will not be held liable for any inconvenience or loss caused by loss or damage during shipment (see WARRANTY). Please contact Bigboyjeep.com to coordinate efforts and to support your claims against damaged or lost packages.

TIMEFRAME
Bigboyjeep.com will, unless otherwise noted, ship your order within 4 business day (Mon-Fri) of payment. If we cannot ship your order within 4 business days we will make a reasonable effort to contact you. Your order will not be processed or shipped if the entire order is not immediately available.

NOTIFICATION
Bigboyjeep.com will provide you with a tracking number at your request, if available.

RETURNS
On other items, for 30 days after receiving your item, you can return it. We will refund full purchase price to you, less any shipping and handling charges and 15% restocking fees. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return any item, either for exchange, refund or replacement. All items returned for exchange or refund must be in a new and saleable condition.

RETURNING ITEMS
You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return any item, either for exchange or replacement. However, you will be credited all reasonable freight charges relevant to that item if the product is damaged or defective, or the wrong item was shipped. This does not include exchanges based on a dislike of color, sound, craftsmanship, or misunderstanding of product descriptions. You must include the original postal receipt in your return package to be eligible for a credit. Contact us if you have any questions about any product we carry. All items returned for exchange must be in a new or saleable condition. Items that are returned and non-saleable due to use or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. The only exception to this rule is for warranty returns (see both Product Policy and the following terms for more information).

REPLACEMENTS AND EXCHANGES
All approved warranty returns will be replaced with an item of equal or lesser value of your choice. Non-warranty returns may be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value of your choice, a maximum of one time per customer. See RETURNING ITEMS above for details regarding reimbursement of shipping costs. In any case, we will pay for the freight charges to send your replacement or exchange item to you. we cannot offer cash refunds for items once purchased, regardless of the reasons for the exchange or replacement, and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

TIMEFRAME FOR RETURNS
You may return any product for exchange within 30 days of receipt of the product. This time frame begins the day you receive the product and ends the day you ship the product back. You may return any item for replacement covered by warranty subject to the warranty policy.

SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS
Bigboyjeep.com cannot accept returns of any instructional media once it has been opened. No exceptions.

We do this because we want to make it possible for customers who buy in bulk to resell our products with a reasonable profit margin. We may lower prices based on overall volume or other special circumstances.

RECEIPT

CANCELLING ORDERS
Bigboyjeep.com processes orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel an order please do so immediately via email and phone. We may or may not be able to cancel your order before it ships. If your order ships than it may only be returned as subject to our return policy.
